Introduction 

I am so happy to welcome you to this First class of Painting on the Heart Side of the Brain. I hope you will have even more fun going through this class as I have had creating it.

Feel free to browse and get an overview of what each module covers- or you may follow the lay-out as it is set up, either way works just fine. Have fun setting up your studio/art space, and buying those art supplies (there is nothing like the promises held in new jars of paint)!

The first four classes will all be themed over certain characteristics of color, the last two will be putting it all together. First class focuses on color temperature. You will learn how to use the cool and warm colors in Intuitive Painting, about using archetypes to communicate through your art, some color theory and how to set up your studio. And we will do a Shamanic journey to non-ordinary reality to meet your Helping Spirits. Once you become a Shamanic Practitioner you will always be able to journey to your Helping Spirits and Guides and ask their advice. They will give you the best help in any situation imaginable once you know how to ask and understand their answers. However, like most things worth doing, communicating with your Guides requires both time and effort. So be patient with yourself and know that the results will come as long as you keep doing- and the same goes for painting, of course!
