This stand-alone class achieves two things in one:

To familiarize yourself with the basic principles of Shamanism, or Shamanism 101,

AND

it will help you tap into your innate creativity; the creativity EVERYONE possess. Working with the intuitive art process you can not and will not be held to standards that the results (the painting) must look photo-realistic; on the contrary- as you will be going into non-ordinary reality in the Shamanic Journeying, what you see and sense will be yours, unique, like you and your Power Animal. This class encourages you to stay in a place of non-judgement, allowing what comes through for you in the process.

Here, you will learn the basics of Shamanic Journeying and through guided meditation do a real Shamanic Journey to meet your Power Animal. You will learn how to capture the essence of the meeting with a time-proven painting technique.

Q. Is this class right for me if I don't have experience painting?

A. YES! This class is designed for beginners and for advanced students. I include lessons explaining the basics. I also will answer your questions in the Facebook Community.

Q. Is this class only for beginners?

A. This class is also perfect for students who have experience painting. I teach a very specific technique and teach you other skills that you can apply to your painting process.

Q. Do I need to have a studio space for this class?

A. I will explain the basic setup that you need so you have an enjoyable experience. Having a room for painting is great, but you can easily make do with a corner of a room or a clean kitchen table.

Q. Does the class include supplies?

A. We will be including a supplies list and places online that you can order for very reasonable prices. No supplies are included as part of this special price.

Q. Is this class right for me if I don't have any experience with Shamanic journeying?

A. YES! This class is for both beginning students and advanced practitioners of shamanic journeying.

Q. I've tried meditation and gave it up. Will this class still work for me?

A. ABSOLUTELY! I will use a guided journey technique, but you do not have to meditate to take this class.

Q. How often will the courses be delivered?

A. This is a Stand-Alone Class. You are welcome to and encourage to check back often for new offerings by Artisessential

Q. Will the instructor be providing feedback?

A. ABSOLUTELY! I look forward to commenting on your work in Instagram and our closed Facebook group. I will also be holding live calls every month to answer your questions.

Q. Do I have to share my work?

A. I encourage you to share, but it will not be a requirement. If you have questions, you can also send them via email.

Q. I don't have a Facebook or Instagram account. Can I still participate?

A. ABSOLUTELY! Social media will be where we build our community hub, but you do not have to join either. You will be able to send me emails with your questions if you prefer to stay off of social media.
