Introduction 

Welcome to the second class in the Painting on the Heart side of the Brain series- Exploring Values!

By now you have had some time to go over the material in the first class, maybe ask questions, post some Instagram photos, do some doodling, and go through the first painting lesson.

In this second class you will learn of another characteristics of color, namely color values; of dark and light color values, aka Light and Shadow. We will do our second Shamanic journeying; this journey will be to the Upper World with the intention to meet a teacher. I hope you have been able to take time to journey at least once a week or more.This will get you used to communicating with your guides and get clearer answers from them. To journey to your own guides and power animals, asking their advice will give you the best and most direct help in any situation. It can take time to be successful in reaching non-ordinary reality in your journeys; however, it will be worth the effort you put into it and more. Be patient and keep up both your shamanic journeying and your art practices. And if you already have met your Power Animal and your Spirit Guides, congratulations! More good things will come.
